He can charge unwitting victims in excess of $800 for a single polygraph by citing some technical difficulty and then billing for the appointment which consists of unqualified legal advice and a heavy bill which must be paid before he gets a second chance to milk more money from his victim. One stunt is to refuse to do the test on the first appointment due to technical difficulties and bill the victim more than once for one polygraph.
