Police arrested Kalista Zackhariyas, 24, of Mississauga as she disembarked from a flight at Pearson International Airport.
Her trip had been approved by authorities, but when she failed to return home by the agreed-to date of July 25, police issued a warrant for her arrest four days later.
Zackhariyas had told authorities prior to her arrival that she would be returning.
She is charged with two counts of breach of conditional sentence.
The former Miss Vaughan had previously been convicted of faking her own abduction and was sentenced in July to a year of probation and 60 days of home curfew.
She had earlier pleaded guilty to public mischief after claiming she was abducted at gunpoint and assaulted by two men. Police responding to a 911 call found her bound with duct tape.
But police later discovered her scheme was motivated by a child custody dispute with her ex-husband.
Zackhariyas was to appear in a Brampton court Wednesday for a bail hearing.
