A Seattle lawyer accused of having sex with a BC client in jail is facing a two year suspension. A hearing examiner for the Washington State Bar Association makes the recommendation in the case of 45 year old Theresa Olson. She was representing Sebastian Burns, one of two West Vancouver men convicted of aggravated murder in the deaths of three people in Bellevue, Washington. To be re-admitted to the bar, Olson will have to undergo a mental health evaluation and be deemed fit to practice law. The final decision on whether she will be suspended will be made by the state Supreme Court.
