Man harasses and annoys one time too many

On Tuesday, Dec. 21 a 43-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts
of Harassment. He was later released from custody on a release document with
certain conditions, the conditions being that he not harass, annoy or attend at
the work place of the complainant.
On Wednesday Dec. 22, and again on Thursday, Dec. 23 the man attended at the
complainant’s place of work and therefore breached his release documents.
Richard Breton was scheduled to appear in Bail Court on Friday, Dec. 24, at 10
a.m. on two charges of Breach of an Undertaking.
