Burnaby Batman, a.k.a. Rob Robinson, makes his way into the Victoria Law Courts Thursday in support of Stephen Hodges-Whitaker, a Victoria man who was charged with public mischief after he climbed a downtown construction crane dressed as Spiderman last spring. Hodges-Whitaker, a member of Fathers-4-Justice, received one year's probation and was ordered pay Farmer Construction $750 in restitution. The fathers' rights group has several members who dress as super heroes to draw attention to what they describe as "systemic gender bias in the family courts." See More at www.fathers.ca
