Burnaby Batman, a.k.a. Rob Robinson, makes his way into the Victoria Law Courts Thursday in support of Stephen Hodges-Whitaker, a Victoria man who was charged with public mischief after he climbed a downtown construction crane dressed as Spiderman last spring. Hodges-Whitaker, a member of Fathers-4-Justice, received one year's probation and was ordered pay Farmer Construction $750 in restitution. The fathers' rights group has several members who dress as super heroes to draw attention to what they describe as "systemic gender bias in the family courts."
