A Canadian prisoner at Guantanamo Bay rejected his U.S. military lawyers yesterday at the first session of the Guantanamo war crimes tribunals called under President Barack Obama, complicating his high-profile case and the administration's timeline for closing the prison.

Omar Khadr, who is charged with killing an American soldier in Afghanistan, said he lost trust in his Pentagon-appointed lawyers after witnessing an ugly internal squabble that prompted the pretrial hearing.

Omar Khadr is a lucky man, he is NOT in an Ontario Superior Court where men don't get trials, they just get thrown in jail by Judicial Terrorists of the Ontario Superior Court who "get rid of cases" by "summary judgment" , these draconian "Sheffield Orders" or "Power Orders" are in effect deportation orders of Canadian Citizens or life time jail sentences without every having the right to a full answer and defense or a right to ask any court in Ontario for a "variation", such is the Ontario Judiciary's Kor-upt attitude to "finality of litigation".
The greatest terrorist danger to Canada is not from 15 old child soldiers brainwashed by parents and zealous idiology but by the under-belly of the Ontario Judiciary who have a pathological tendency to flagrantly abuse their absolute power.

Mr. Harper should take a walk over to Elgin Street and see real Canadian Judicial Terrorists face to Face , they comprise of what is called, the Underbelly of the Ontario Family Court Judiciary.
