Kate Winslet threatens to sue fathers’ rights group Fathers4Justice after being targeted in Christmas advertisement

Movie star Kate Winslet has become the target of a fathers' rights group criticizing her children's living arrangements, and now the actress is threatening to sue.

In the November 2013 issue of Vogue, the 38-year-old took on critics of her parenting. She has three children: Mia Threapleton, 13, with director Jim Threapleton; Joe Mendes, almost 10, with director Sam Mendes; and a newborn boy with husband Ned Rocknroll.

"People go, 'Oh, my God! Those poor children! They must have gone through so much.' Says who?" Winslet told Vogue. "They've always been with me. They don't go from pillar to post; they're not flown here and there with nannies. That's never happened. My kids don't go back and forth; none of this 50/50 time with the mums and dads – my children live with me; that is it. That is it!"

Well lets have a look at this story.

First, you would think that she is entitled to some privacy, she is a mother right? So she can decide right?

Well her comments were very public and as a public figure, you have an obligation to set an example and what an example it is, she does not apparently believe in equal parenting and

as a result the children are with her, apparently all the time.

What about that ex husband?

He apparently "decided" not to be an equal parent, and it's unknown just how much time he ever spends with the children and from her comments, probably not very much. That does not set a positive role model example to the world.

Sorry Kate,

you opened your mouth and insulted every father who can't see their children.

Dear Kate,
Thank you for showing your true colours and sharing with us, your insulting and degrading comments that are nothing more than a promotion of hatred towards every child who can't have a relationship with their father because of the systemic bias that society shows towards fathers.

It just goes to show how even the most beautiful women in the world can be extremely cruel and think its perfectly ok to alienate children from their father.

You will be welcome in Canada, your ideas are enshrined in law, 97% of fathers get shafted in Family Court. We are riddled with like minded judges who
think the male gender is not entitled to legal rights and men should be slaves.

Canada, is, insult to justice.. If you are a father, or thinking of having children, DONT come to Canada, its a corrupt lawless society that condones the murder of men simply because women want to "trade him in".
