Constables Erin Cavan and Jordan Blonde are at present innocent until proven guilty and there is little information available to the public but, the word is that these two officers don’t have any record for the kind of behavour alleged.

If the charges have been laid, why have the police and or the defence lawyer failed to mention any thing that might corroborate the charges?

Was there Video of the assaults?

The person making the allegations has a criminal record was caught in possession of crack and is guaranteed to be deported probably as soon as this trial is over.

What is extremely rare is that criminal charges have been laid against two Ottawa Police officers.
IF the complainant was not so politically correct as being a refugee, the odds of a constable on duty at 464 Elgin Street accepting his complaint is entirely remote. He would have been told to file a complaint with the OIPRD.

When it comes to real criminals in the Ottawa Police spare a thought for the victims of Detective Peter Van Der Zander who Fabricates evidence NOT to charge the most violent of female offenders and who terrorizes male victims of domestic violence.

In sum, is a pathological liar and a psychopath and there are plenty of them in the Ottawa Police.

It’s called “Old School Policing” meaning its ok to be a criminal if you wear a Police Uniform and of course, if you can’t beat em, join em but that’s a little hard when the worst of the worst criminals are the Ottawa Police.
