Ottawa police issued an amber alert at 9:45 p.m. Feb. 14.
They are looking for a one-year-old child, Caleb Brisebois, and Jaden Khalifa, 3.
They believe the children have been abducted by Catherine Otim, 29, in a 2007 red Toyota Yaris with license plate BWHZ 018. If you see this vehicle, call 911 immediately.
The Amber Alert broadcast through Ottawa Police Service has ended. The children have not been located and the Ottawa Police Service are still investigating what is believed to be a situation where the mother has not returned the children to their father after a scheduled visit.
