Traci Bowen is a former Child Protection Worker for the Children's Aid Society of Ottawa

who now "works" for the Ottawa Police Service as

"Team Lead Crisis Counsellor.

Traci Bowen has a great deal of influence in the Ottawa "Establishment" and

with the Ottawa Carleton Board of Education where she was formerly a "teacher".

Prior to that she went to the Feminist University of Ottawa and also Carleton University.
